Where can I have my skip dropped?
Open or CloseSkips can be dropped on private property, such as your drive, or on the road outside your house. They can also be dropped at business offices or factories. -
Do I need permission from the Council to locate a skip?
Open or CloseIf intend on putting your skip on the road or grass verge, you will need a skip permit, but don't worry, we'll be happy to arrange the paperwork for you. There will be a charge for this and the price will vary depending on your area. -

Do I have to wait in for the skip?
Open or CloseADS Skip Hire can take your credit or debit card payment at the point of ordering and therefore delivery can be made without you being there. -
What does the price of having the skip include?
Open or CloseThe prices from ADS Skip Hire includes delivery, collection, disposal and hire for up to 10 days, (all prices quoted exclude VAT). If you require the skip for a longer period then please discuss this with the sales team when you place your order. There are exceptions for account customers and sited skips. All skips must be paid for on day of delivery unless you have previously paid by card. -
How quickly can the skip be delivered?
Open or CloseSometimes the same day, but certainly the next day if you call before 2pm, (subject to skip permit). -
What access do I need to provide?
Open or CloseAs the vehicles delivering your skips are LGVs and normally very large, please make sure there is sufficient access to allow it in or out safely. They are able to go on a standard driveway, but if you are unsure, please contact us. -
What am I NOT ALLOWED to put in the skip?
Open or CloseFridges, freezers, tyres, asbestos, clinical or medical waste, solvents, batteries, gas bottles, tv screens and computer monitors. -
How much waste can I put in my skip?
Open or CloseThere is a level load on the skip which you must not go over, overloading the skip will incur excess charge.
